8. Bonus Credits

We may provide Bonus Credits with qualifying Credit purchases. Bonus Credits are promotional digital units supplied without an additional monetary charge and are separate from Credits purchased directly by you.

Unless we expressly state otherwise:

Bonus Credits have no cash or monetary value;
Bonus Credits are not refundable;
Bonus Credits cannot be exchanged for cash;
Bonus Credits cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, or exchanged between Accounts;
Bonus Credits cannot be withdrawn or converted into Purchased Credits;
Bonus Credits may only be used toward eligible Materials available through the Website; and
Bonus Credits may be subject to an expiration date or promotional conditions communicated when they are issued.

If a Credit purchase containing Bonus Credits is refunded or otherwise reversed, the associated Bonus Credits will not form part of the refund and cannot be converted into monetary value.

Materials that have already been accessed, downloaded, or otherwise made available to you may not qualify for a refund; and
Refund requests based solely on a change of mind may not qualify for a refund.

If a refund is approved for a Credit purchase containing Bonus Credits, the refundable amount will generally be limited to the eligible amount actually paid for the Purchased Credits. Bonus Credits will not be included in the refundable amount.

If Bonus Credits have already been used to obtain Materials and the related Credit purchase is subsequently refunded, we may, subject to applicable law, deduct the corresponding value from the refund, cancel the obtained Materials, or take another reasonable measure to prevent misuse of promotional Credits.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, received an incorrect number of Credits or Bonus Credits, or experienced a technical issue affecting a transaction, please contact our support team as soon as reasonably possible.
